This hotel is actually lovely, but the experience was dreadful!!! First night - ALL aircon broken down! 28 degrees in the rooms, told us to “open a window” like I hadn’t thought of that! One window in our room was broken, couldn’t sleep it was terrible! Second night, still no air con! Again 28 degrees, maintenance came to fix the window, but couldn’t! Third night, moved us room to have 2 windows and still no air con. Trying to sleep at 9:30om as my sister and I now had a virus on top of being in boiling room! A huge banging in the door, telling us we shouldn’t be in there and should have checked out and need to go to reception immediately. I was so agitated, boiling and poorly, called reception, after 5 mins of discussion they realised they didn’t update the system when the moved us and said “oh sorry” and hung up! That night 11pm we booked another hotel for last two nights because it was just too hot. What’s apped the hotel 4 times - I am still waiting for a response. Emailed TWICE I am still waiting for a response.

AVOID - the smell of smoking is nauseating.

supposedly a 5 star hotel. Yeh right. first room I was allocated, smelled badly of smoke. Got a move. This was quickly effected by the reception staff. Second room, now, as I type this, is smelling of smoke. Suspect it's down to the venting and others smoking in their rooms. This should not be permitted. Rubbish from room service, lying in corridor. Not moved from one day to next. No glasses in room. Had to ask at reception, to be directed to restaurant where asking was met with incredulity. TV does not work. Lights missing bulbs or not working. It's NOT a 5 star hotel (as per booking.com) Only stayed due to flight from SAW.

Beside the fact that it is too far away from the city(I was there because of a congress that was held there and I had no other option) , the service was really poor. They didn’t clean our room for four days even when we called the reception 3 times a day! They didn’t check in until 5 pm! And the breakfast was awful. Sometimes there was no bread for more than 10 minutes during breakfast time. I wont recommend this hotel never ever

Terrible is not an accurate word for this! The service is nonsense, you cannot reach the reception, you asked for something they never do it, 20 minutes means never! They do not update food for the breakfast, they don’t speak English, they don’t react, they say yes, leave and never come back and don’t fix your issue. Literally the worst stuff and management. I could possibly imagine not recommend it, stay away from this hotel.
